Location: Like any major city, Athens has its high and low class areas, and that dictates the quality of life. Heraklion is a northern suburb of Athens by the Olympic centre which is a high class area.

We offer the best option to the traditional lodging. If you are looking for an inexpensive and excellent service, you and your family will be able to enjoy a comfortable and spacious place (up to 8 persons), fully equipped and close to the city centre, offering you the possibility of living a genuine experience. This way you'll be part of the city's everyday life just like any other local person.

• On two levels, Apartment with it's own private access.  At ground level there is a traditional bakery and a dry cleaner for your convenience (see photos 1,2,3)

• First floor: Main entrance, fully equipped kitchen and living room with fire place, 2 double bedrooms, 1 master bedroom, bathroom and shower, large balconies all around.

• Second floor: One Double bedroom with bath and shower,  large roof garden with bar, wood burning oven and barbeque.  

The house is fully furnished with pieces by Greek craftsmen as well as antique international pieces complemented with interesting carpets and paintings. To complete the comfort  there is satellite tv equipment with plasma tv, dvd, hi-fi, Included in the price is a weekly house cleaning and a weekly change of towels and sheets. Extra services can be arranged on request.

There are four Bedrooms: Two of them with double beds and one with a queen size bed on the first floor and one double bed on the second floor. Interior access to second floor by spiral wooden staircase (see photos).

Each room has a Sony 21" TV set and its own air conditioning and heat. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, micro-wave, drip coffee maker and everything you need to prepare breakfast and meals.  Everything is clean, up to date and as modern as possible.  The location has been called 'superb' and we have had visitors from all over the world as guests, including, students, and plenty of children too.

The apartment for rent in Heraklion - Athens (Suburb in North of Athens) sleeps up to 8 and is ideal for singles, couples, families or groups of friends.
Only 3 min walk from Metro Station and then 15' min to the centre. It's also easy to get to the airport or Piraeus too via the metro. It is near Heraklion metro station.

You can rent it for durations of one night, up to two weeks or longer depending on the time of year. There are special low rates for everybody including singles and couples and there is no minimum stay.
