Cancellation Policy

This is a private tour and Pick up / drop off - from/ to your Hotel or Apartment in Athens (up to 7 km) is included. To reschedule, please contact us 48 hours before travel date by email or by phone at +30 697 305 7711 Our tour prices are subject to change without notice due to the unpredictability of currency rates and trip expenses (Fuels/ toll roads/ parking fees/ Vehicle type/ taxes/ accommodation... etc). However, your price (our agreement) for the tour you've selected will be locked and guaranteed the moment we receive your deposit. After you sent us a deposit (usually 10% to 20% non refundable / covers most of our office work with you, plus arrangements with driver /vehicle ), you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which contains the itinerary, your name and all the details regarding your reservation, print the email or save it in your phone and keep it with you as it may be requested by your driver - remaining amount one day before your travel date / on line !
